News New Venue!! The Club will be moving to a new venue at Hornbeam park, Harrogate as of September 2009. The new Centre is a purpose built gymnastics and Trampolining facility and will allow more people to take part in Trampolining at recreational and competitive level. Please click here for directions. Yorkshire Grade D - G Competition Well done to all of the girls who competed at the weekend! The girls did extremely well at their first competition earning two silver medals and a team silver as well as compliments from the Judges! Amelia Dingley was first to compete in the over 15 Grade G category one of the youngest competitors in the competition she performed well apart from a fall at the end of her set routine and placed 2nd. Next up was the under 15 Grade G category this was the largest competition with 45 competitors from all over Yorkshire. There were a few wobbles in this group mainly due to the girls not being used to such bouncy trampolines! However all of the girls did themselves proud Ellen brown, Courtney Gorman, Jodie Dyer, Amy Noble and Olivia Turner earning 2nd place in the team competition. Individually Ellen Brown won the silver medal! Olivia Turner came 6th Amy Noble the youngest in the group at 10 years old, despite falling at the end of her set routine coming in a very impressive 11th. Thank you to Linda and Gareth who volunteered as Marshall's all day so that the girls could compete. Thanks also goes to Rebecca Borchard who was at the competition all day taking photographs of the competitors and got some really good shots of the girls in action. Club Leotard We now have a club leotard the leotard will be worn by all Trampolinists representing the club at competitions and displays. For more information please contact Chloe for details.
